A crisis of pirate extinction — The "New World" will disappear!?
In the latter half of the "Grand Line," the "New World," a group bearing a sinister mark invades an island. The ringleader is Z, a former Marine Admiral. Their objective, as the "Neo Marines," is to steal the Dyna Rock, a mineral with immense energy comparable to an ancient weapon. Once they succeed in stealing the Dyna Rock with their subordinates Ain and Bins, Z's grand plan to "annihilate all pirates" and shake the "New World" begins to unfold...
Meanwhile, the "Straw Hat Crew" is making good progress through the "New World." Suddenly, Z, with a large weapon attached to his right arm and covered in wounds, drifts into their path. While wary of his unusual weapon, Luffy and his crew tend to Z. However, upon regaining consciousness and realizing they are pirates, Z attacks them without hesitation. Luffy and his crew fight back, but they are overwhelmingly defeated by Z's relentless and unwavering assault, fueled by his hatred for pirates. The Thousand Sunny is half-destroyed, and the crew members are afflicted by the enemy's abilities. Amidst this, the "justice" of the Marine Headquarters descends upon them. Furthermore, Aokiji, who has left the Marines, secretly tracks the crew's movements. Facing one overwhelming power after another, Luffy and his crew do not stop and eventually confront a battle that will decide the fate of the "New World"!
