The "Blood Pressure Confirmation Mark" is displayed when the measurement value for each measurement, or the average value of up to 3 measurement records taken within 10 minutes of the most recent measurement*1, is at or above the home hypertension standard value of "135/85 mmHg".
*1 The "Guideline for Treatment of Hypertension 2014" by the Japanese Society of Hypertension recommends looking at the average of two consecutive measurement records.
You can check the weekly average of your morning blood pressure for the past 4 weeks, including the current week.
Knowing the weekly average morning blood pressure can lead to early detection of morning hypertension.
