1. Do not use on the following areas:
(1) Chickenpox, athlete’s foot, tinea, or infected areas.
(2) Wounds, around the eyes, mucous membranes, etc.
2. Do not use continuously for long periods.
3. This product contains the steroid dexamethasone acetate. Do not apply extensively or for long periods (more than 2 weeks) on the face, as it may cause redness or a "moon face" appearance. Do not use on the face for extended periods.

- Affected skin: tinea, dermatitis, acne, pus, persistent irritation, rash
(2) No improvement after 5-6 days of use.

**Directions for Use:**
Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area several times a day.

1. Remove the cap, lightly press the sponge part against the skin 1-2 times to soak the liquid, then use.
2. Follow the prescribed usage and dosage.
3. Be careful not to get into your eyes. If it does, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water. If symptoms are severe, see an ophthalmologist.
4. When used on children, use under the supervision and guidance of a guardian.

- L-Menthol: 3.5 g
- D-L-Canful: 1.0 g
- Panthenol: 1.0 g
- Isopropyl methylphenol: 0.1 g

Additives include ethanol, 1,3-butanediol, and dibutylhydroxytoluene.

The steroid component suppresses allergic inflammation caused by insect bites and is effective in preventing prolonged or worsening itching. Especially for recurrent, persistent itching, steroids are suitable. Side effects from steroids may occur with long-term use, especially on thin skin areas like the face or neck, potentially causing redness or a "moon face."

Dexamethasone acetate in Pen Sol SP is a mild steroid, and short-term use on small areas like insect bites generally has minimal side effects. Gradually reduce and discontinue as symptoms improve. When applying to the same area repeatedly, limit use on the face to within 2 weeks and other areas within 4 weeks. Early use and early treatment are key to effective management with steroid-containing products.
