**Precautions for Use**
**Do Not Do the Following**
(If not followed, current symptoms may worsen, or side effects and accidents may become more likely)
1. Do not take this medication if you have had allergic reactions to this product or its ingredients.
2. Do not take this medication together with any of the following during use:
- Other hypnotic sedatives, sedatives, cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, cough and expectorant medicines, antihistamines (including nasal allergy medicines, motion sickness medicines, allergy medicines)
3. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medication (drowsiness may occur).
4. Do not consume alcohol before or after taking this medication.
5. Do not use for long-term continuous use.

**Consultation**
1. Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered seller before use if you are:
- Under medical treatment
- Pregnant or suspected to be pregnant
- Breastfeeding
- Elderly or frail
- Have had allergic reactions to medicines or other substances
- Diagnosed with: kidney disease, liver disease, heart disease, gastric ulcer, glaucoma, respiratory dysfunction

- Digestive system: Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, diarrhea
- Nervous system: Dizziness, insomnia

**Ingredients and Quantities**
Per 10 tablets (daily dose):
- Choutou extract (Teng-fu extract): 30 mg
- Ginseng extract: 475 mg
- Ziziphus seed (Sanso-nin): 30 mg
- Tennen-sho extract (Tennen-sho): 30 mg
- Shin-i extract (Shin-i): 30 mg
- Inyo-kaku extract (Inyo-kaku): 30 mg
- Saishin extract (Saishin): 30 mg
- Rutin: 50 mg
- Caffeine hydrate: 300 mg
- Bromobutylurea: 600 mg
- Glyceryl phosphate calcium: 300 mg

Contains excipients such as potato starch, lactose, crystalline cellulose, and magnesium stearate.

**Indications and Effects**
- Irritability, anxiety, headache, heavy-headedness, hot flashes, dizziness, tinnitus, neck and shoulder stiffness

**Usage and Dosage**
Take the following amount with warm water or water:

**Precautions on Usage and Dosage**
1. Take preferably after meals in the morning and evening.

**Storage and Handling Precautions**
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

**Advice for Those with Tinnitus or Dizziness:**
- For relatively chronic conditions like tinnitus, take twice daily (morning and evening) for about two weeks and observe.
- For rotational dizziness, take twice daily for about one week and observe.
