"Jushi" is a traditional Okinawan mixed rice dish. When eaten with Okinawan soba, you can enjoy the same style as an Okinawan diner at home. Also, "Jushi Onigiri" (rice balls) are a standard Okinawan style.

Ingredients and Components

Vegetables (carrots, bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms), hijiki seaweed, pork, soy sauce, fried tofu, sugar, salt, lard, sake, chicken soup, bonito dashi, seasonings (amino acids, etc.), caramel coloring, (includes wheat and milk as part of the ingredients)

How to Use

1. Wash 3 cups (3 x 180cc cups) of rice and add water to the same level as for plain white rice.
2. Add the contents of the "Jushi no Moto" (Jushi base) to the rice and water, stir well, and then cook.
3. After cooking, steam for about 10 minutes for delicious Jushi.
● Adding salad oil, chives, etc., will make it even more delicious.
