We carefully select high-quality mimi-ga (pig's ear), season it with our unique method, age it, and dry it to create a jerky-like texture.

I might be biased, but it was quite an idea to turn mimi-ga into jerky.

Ingredients and Components
Pork ear slices, sugar, salt, starch syrup, lactose, soy sauce powder, spices, wheat flour, pork extract, collagen, vegetable oil, seasonings (amino acids, etc.), sodium caseinate, antioxidant (Vitamin C), preservative (sorbic acid), spice extract, coloring agent (sodium nitrite), smoking liquid (contains soybeans, wheat, and milk as part of the ingredients)
Instructions for Use
Remove from the bag and consume as is.
Safety Warning
*Those with weak teeth should chew carefully, paying close attention to the hard cartilage parts.
*Yellow fat or oil droplets may adhere to the surface of the mimi-ga chip or the packaging. These are crystals of fat, soy sauce, salt, seasonings, and components from the meat, and do not indicate any abnormality in quality.
*An oxygen absorber is included in the package to maintain freshness and flavor for a long time. After opening, please store in the refrigerator and consume as soon as possible.
*The included oxygen absorber is not edible. Please discard it immediately after opening to prevent accidental ingestion.
