How to use
(1) Take out a sheet from the bag, peel off the backing paper, and stick it on the inside of your clothing.
(Limit of 8 hours per use)
(2) Gently press the sheet over the clothing to fit it snugly.
(3) When heat generation ends, promptly and slowly peel the sheet off from the edge.

Precautions for use

- Be sure to read before use.
- When used by people with physical disabilities or dementia, those around them should also be sufficiently careful.
Do not use if you are:
- Someone who develops rash or hives from heat.
- Someone with decreased heat sensation or sensitive to temperature.
- Someone who cannot peel it off easily on their own.
Do not use on:
- Areas with inflammation such as bruises or sprains with heat or swelling.
- Cuts, abrasions, insect bites, dermatitis.
- People receiving medical treatment, diabetics, those with blood circulation disorders.
- People prone to hot flashes.
- People with fever or infectious diseases.
- Those who have experienced allergic reactions (rash, redness, itching, dermatitis, etc.) to medicines or cosmetics.
- Pregnant women.
(Important basic caution)
- Low-temperature burns are burns caused by prolonged contact with a heat-generating body at a temperature higher than body temperature, resulting in symptoms such as erythema or blisters.
Note that low-temperature burns can occur without subjective symptoms.
If it feels too hot, stop using immediately.
Do not apply directly to the skin.
Do not use while sleeping.
Attach to the inside of clothing to prevent wrinkles, sheet from lifting or peeling.
Do not press the area where the sheet is attached with underwear elastic, girdles, etc., or apply pressure.
Do not warm the attached area with a kotatsu or bedding.
Do not use simultaneously on the same area with other therapeutic devices.
(Discontinue use and consult a doctor if)
- Pain suddenly worsens.
- Redness or itching does not disappear.
- Symptoms such as dermatitis, rash, or low-temperature burns appear.
- Symptoms of the affected area, such as back pain or abdominal pain, worsen.
* Because heat therapy improves blood circulation, the area may temporarily turn red or itch.
(Other precautions)
- For human use only.
- Do not throw or press strongly.
The sheet may tear and contents may spill.
If the contents of the sheet contact the skin, rinse off or wipe with a wet cloth.
If it gets into your eyes, do not rub and rinse thoroughly with running water immediately, then consult a doctor.
Do not get it wet with water or other liquids.
Do not eat.
If swallowed, gargle and seek medical advice.
Do not use if the sheet is damaged or has holes.
(Risk of abnormal heat generation)
- Dispose of after use according to local municipal regulations.
(Storage precautions)
- Store in a cool place, avoiding direct sunlight and heat sources (such as kotatsu, on top of a computer).
- Keep out of reach of small children, people with dementia, etc.
