1. Pinch the tip and twist it off. Hold the neck to prevent the water from spraying out.2. Attach the nozzle to the bottle. Turn the nozzle screw firmly to the end to prevent leakage of the cleansing liquid.3. Place the tip of the nozzle at the vaginal opening and insert slowly.4. Squeeze the bottle to wash the inside of the vagina with the cleansing liquid. The cleansing liquid will naturally flow out of the body.
