This miso is made by combining domestically produced miso with soy sauce moromi from Shodoshima, and adding Setouchi-produced dried sardines. It uses no chemical seasonings, colorings, or preservatives, and its natural deliciousness will whet your appetite. You can enjoy it as is over rice, on top of tofu, mixed with spinach for ohitashi, or in various other ways depending on your creativity. It is also delicious with stir-fried vegetables or grilled fish.
