■ Indications and Effects
- Overeating, heartburn, stomach discomfort, weak stomach, indigestion, overeating, stomach pain, indigestion, digestion promotion, loss of appetite, excess stomach acid, abdominal distension, nausea (stomach upset, hangover nausea, vomiting), vomiting, chest discomfort, belching, stomach heaviness.

■ Usage and Dosage
Adults (15 years and older): 1.3g per dose, 8-14 years old: 0.65g per dose, taken 3 times daily after meals or between meals. (The included spoon holds approximately 1.3g when leveled. Use the leveling plate on the back of the inner lid.)
Between-meal means 2-3 hours after a meal.
Precautions for Use: Take with water or lukewarm water.
When giving to children, have a guardian supervise and instruct.
