This is a granular "Chinese soup stock" made from plant-based ingredients. It does not contain any animal-derived ingredients or chemical seasonings. It can be used in a variety of dishes such as Chinese soup, stir-fried vegetables, and fried rice. Dissolve one packet in about 200-300cc of hot water to make Chinese soup, or add it to fried rice, stir-fried vegetables, mapo tofu, and other dishes.
**Ingredients:**Oshawa's Chinese Soup Stock 150g (5g x 30 packets) contains the following ingredients: Salt (Ten-shio), Sweet Potato Starch (domestic), Maple Sugar (Canada), Soy Sauce, Onion (domestic), Yeast Extract, Vegetable Extract [Carrot, Onion, Chinese Cabbage, Celery, Maitake Mushroom (domestic)], Ginger (domestic), White Pepper (Malaysia/Indonesia), Garlic (USA).
**How to Use:**Recommended usage per 5g packet:* Fried rice for 2 servings* Stir-fried dishes for 2 servings* For soup, dissolve one packet in 200-300ml of hot water.
**Precautions (Disclaimer):**Please use the opened individual packet immediately on the same day. Dissolve thoroughly before use. It has a light salty taste, so adjust the saltiness to your preference. You may see suspended particles from spices, but this does not affect the quality. After opening, seal tightly and use immediately.
