The recommended daily intake is 1 bag (5g). This product has a subtle aroma of barley tea and a slight tartness of GABA.
- Hot water infusion
… Pour 500ml of hot water into one bag, steep for 5 minutes, then stir 10 times before drinking.
- Cold water infusion
… Pour 500ml of cold water into one bag, steep in the refrigerator for 8 hours, then stir 10 times before drinking.
