Product Introduction
This product combines the umami of Setouchi-produced raw oyster extract with dashi stock made from bonito and kelp, resulting in a mellow and deep flavor. It uses a special soy sauce blended with light soy sauce, which enhances the natural color and taste of the ingredients. Compared to regular dark soy sauce, it contains 25% less salt※. The bottle features a double-layered fresh bottle design that prevents oxidation, allowing the freshness to be maintained at room temperature for up to 90 days after opening. You can dispense only the amount you need by pressing the bottle.
※Compared to standard dark soy sauce with a salt content of 17.5%, as defined by the Fair Competition Code for soy sauce.
