Additives: Contains glycerol phosphate calcium, noiretine calcium, synthetic silica alumina, partially alpha-processed starch, low-substitution hydroxypropyl cellulose, povidone, and magnesium stearate.

1) Pain relief for headache, menstrual pain, toothache, neuralgia, joint pain, back pain, shoulder stiffness, sore throat, ear pain, post-extraction pain, muscle pain, contusion pain, sprain pain, fracture pain, and trauma pain.
2) Antipyretic for chills and fever.

Adults (15 years and older): 2 tablets per dose.
Take up to twice a day, preferably on an empty stomach, and avoid taking it too close to mealtime.
Maintain at least a 6-hour interval between doses.

Drug hypersensitivity syndrome: Widespread redness of the skin, systemic rash, fever, fatigue, swelling of lymph nodes (neck, armpits, groin).
Liver dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and whites of eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite.
Kidney impairment: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling throughout the body, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea.
Interstitial pneumonia: Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing when climbing stairs or exerting oneself, cough, fever, sudden onset or persistence of these symptoms.
Asthma: Wheezing, whistling sounds when breathing, difficulty breathing.
3. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, discontinue use and consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered seller with this document.
