**Features**No-Shin Pure quickly suppresses the production of prostaglandins, substances that cause pain and fever, and demonstrates excellent analgesic and antipyretic effects. It contains ibuprofen, which enhances its efficacy, along with allyl isopropyl acetylurea and anhydrous caffeine.
- Works quickly for menstrual pain and headaches.- Ibuprofen acts on the source of pain, effectively relieving severe pain.- Allyl isopropyl acetylurea and anhydrous caffeine enhance the analgesic effect of ibuprofen.- Small, film-coated tablets that are easy to swallow.
**Do Not Take If**(If not followed, current symptoms may worsen, or side effects and accidents may occur)
1. Do not take if you are:(1) Someone who has had allergic reactions to this drug or its ingredients.(2) Someone who has experienced asthma after taking this or other antipyretic/analgesic or cold medicines.(3) Children under 15 years old.(4) Pregnant women within 12 weeks of expected delivery.
2. Do not take other medications such as:- Other antipyretic/analgesic drugs, cold medicines, sedatives, motion sickness medications.
3. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medication.(Drowsiness or other effects may occur.)
4. Do not consume alcohol before or after taking this medication.
5. Do not use for long-term continuous treatment.
**Consultation Before Use**1. Consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered seller before taking if you are:(1) Under medical or dental treatment.(2) Pregnant or suspected to be pregnant.(3) Breastfeeding.(4) Elderly.(5) Have experienced allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.(6) Diagnosed with: heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, mixed connective tissue disease.(7) Have had: gastric or duodenal ulcers, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease.
2. If any of the following symptoms appear after taking, discontinue immediately and consult a healthcare professional with this leaflet:- Skin: Rash, redness, itching, bruising.- Digestive system: Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach discomfort, stomach pain, stomatitis, heartburn, indigestion, gastrointestinal bleeding, abdominal pain, diarrhea, bloody stool.- Nervous system: Dizziness.- Circulatory system: Palpitations.- Respiratory system: Shortness of breath.- Others: Blurred vision, tinnitus, swelling, nosebleed, gum bleeding, bleeding that is hard to stop, bleeding, back pain, excessive lowering of body temperature, fatigue.
Rarely, severe symptoms may occur. In such cases, seek immediate medical attention.
**Serious Symptoms Include:**- Shock (Anaphylaxis): Immediate symptoms such as skin itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, altered consciousness.- Stevens-Johnson Syndrome / Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis: High fever, eye redness, eye discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread skin rash/redness that persists or worsens rapidly.- Liver Dysfunction: Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, fatigue, loss of appetite.- Kidney Damage: Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea.- Aseptic Meningitis: Severe headache with neck stiffness, fever, nausea, vomiting (more common in those treated for systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease).- Asthma: Wheezing, whistling sounds, difficulty breathing.- Aplastic Anemia: Bruising, nosebleeds, gum bleeding, fever, pallor, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling faint, hematuria.- Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat.
3. After taking, if symptoms such as the following appear or worsen, stop taking the medication and consult a healthcare professional with this leaflet:- Constipation, drowsiness.
4. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, discontinue and consult a healthcare professional with this leaflet.
**Efficacy and Effects**- Pain relief for menstrual pain, headache, back pain, toothache, sore throat, joint pain, muscle pain, neuralgia, shoulder stiffness, post-extraction pain, bruises, ear pain, fracture pain, sprains, trauma pain.- Fever reduction during chills and fever.
**Usage and Dosage**Take the following dose, preferably avoiding on an empty stomach.Maintain at least 4 hours between doses.
