**Features**- Quickly effective for menstrual pain and headaches.- Contains ibuprofen, which acts on the source of pain, providing relief from severe pain.- Contains allyl isopropyl acetylurea and anhydrous caffeine, which enhance the analgesic effect of ibuprofen.- Small, film-coated tablets that are easy to swallow.
**Do Not Do These Things**(If not followed, current symptoms may worsen, or side effects and accidents may occur)
1. Do not take if you are:(1) Someone who has had allergic reactions to this drug or its ingredients.(2) Someone who has experienced asthma after taking this drug or other antipyretic analgesics or cold medicines.(3) Children under 15 years old.(4) Pregnant women within 12 weeks of expected delivery.
2. Do not take other medications such as:- Other antipyretic analgesics, cold medicines, sedatives, motion sickness medicines while taking this drug.
3. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this drug.(Drowsiness or other effects may occur.)
4. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this drug.
5. Do not use for long-term continuous use.
**Consultation Before Use**1. Consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered seller before taking if you are:(1) Under medical or dental treatment.(2) Pregnant or suspected to be pregnant.(3) Breastfeeding.(4) Elderly.(5) Have experienced allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.(6) Diagnosed with: heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, mixed connective tissue disease.(7) Have had illnesses such as: gastric or duodenal ulcers, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease.
2. If symptoms such as the following appear after taking the medication, discontinue immediately and consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered seller as there may be side effects:- Skin: Rash, redness, itching, bruising- Digestive system: Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach discomfort, stomach pain, stomatitis, heartburn, indigestion, gastrointestinal bleeding, abdominal pain, diarrhea, bloody stool- Nervous system: Dizziness- Circulatory system: Palpitations- Respiratory system: Shortness of breath- Others: Blurred vision, tinnitus, swelling, nosebleed, gum bleeding, bleeding that is hard to stop, bleeding, back pain, excessive lowering of body temperature, fatigue
Rarely, severe symptoms such as the following may occur. Seek immediate medical attention:- **Shock (Anaphylaxis):** Symptoms appear immediately after taking, including skin itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, altered consciousness.- **Stevens-Johnson Syndrome / Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis:** High fever, eye redness, eye discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread skin rash or redness that persists or worsens rapidly.- **Liver dysfunction:** Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin and eyes), dark urine, general fatigue, loss of appetite.- **Kidney impairment:** Fever, rash, decreased urine output, swelling, fatigue, joint pain, diarrhea.- **Aseptic meningitis:** Severe headache with neck stiffness, fever, nausea, vomiting. (Commonly reported in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease.)- **Asthma:** Wheezing, whistling sounds, difficulty breathing.- **Aplastic anemia:** Bruising, nosebleeds, gum bleeding, fever, pallor, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling faint, hematuria.- **Agranulocytosis:** Sudden high fever, chills, sore throat.
3. If symptoms such as the following appear after taking the medication, stop use and consult a healthcare professional:- Constipation, drowsiness.
4. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
**Efficacy and Effects**- Pain relief for menstrual pain, headache, back pain, toothache, sore throat, joint pain, muscle pain, neuralgia, shoulder stiffness, post-extraction pain, bruises, ear pain, fracture pain, sprains, trauma pain.- Fever reduction during chills and fever.
**Usage and Dosage**Take the following doses, preferably avoiding on an empty stomach.Maintain at least 4 hours between doses.
