●Material: SC material (EN 1.7182 or equivalent)
●Processing: Fully hardened
●Surface coating: Delta Protect base coat (KL100) and top coat (VH302GZ)
●Bolt size (Metric・UNC): M3・#5
●Inner diameter d (mm): 3.4
●Outer diameter D (mm): 7.0
●Thickness T of one set (mm): 1.8
●Loosening prevention steel washer with ultra-thin zinc chromate-free coating.
●The Nordlock loosening prevention system consists of two washers, with the inner cam surface and the cam surface facing each other. The cam angle (α) is designed to be larger than the bolt's screw lead angle (β), and the outer surface is engraved with radial ribs. When the Nordlock is set and tightened onto the bolt and nut, the cam surfaces of the two washers are automatically engaged. When retightening, the outer radial ribs bite into the mating surface and the underside of the bolt and nut to secure them. Therefore, if vibration or shock causes loosening and the bolt and nut to rotate, only the inner cam surfaces rotate. Since the inner cam angle (α) is larger than the screw lead angle (β), the cam cannot easily be overcome.
●Application: General steel applications
※The selling unit price is for one set (two washers), and the displayed price is per set.
