After Oasis disbanded in '09, while his younger brother Liam was already active with Beady Eye, Noel finally launched his solo project in October. This highly anticipated work is eagerly awaited not only by Oasis fans worldwide but by all rock fans. Produced in collaboration with Dave Sardy, familiar from Oasis's works, this album was produced in London and LA. Noel hinted at his evolution, saying, "The first song you'll hear on this album won't sound like anything I've done before." True to his words, the street single "The Death of You and Me" is a sound that shows Noel's new direction and is a masterpiece that will undoubtedly capture the listener's heart! Alan McGee, founder of Creation Records, which launched Oasis, exclaimed the moment he heard the demo, "He's a genius! It's a masterpiece on par with 'Don't Look Back in Anger' and 'Live Forever'." There is no doubt that this work is the masterpiece of Noel's career. ■Japan release precedes other countries ■Regular edition 1CD ■Includes 2 bonus tracks for the Japanese edition ■Includes lyrics and Japanese translation Review The first solo project work by Noel Gallagher.
