Product Introduction

This is a gelation agent (gelatinizer) made primarily from seaweed extract (carrageenan) and legume seed extract (locust bean gum). It combines the advantages of gelatin and agar, making it recommended for authentic desserts with a firm, chewy texture.
Standard usage amount: 20-30g per 1000ml
Please disperse well in water before heating to prevent clumping. If you pre-mix sugar and cool agar powder in a dry container, it will disperse more easily in water.
