Ingredients and Components
Fried noodles (wheat flour (manufactured in Japan), vegetable oil, salt, soy sauce), soup (salt, soy sauce, pork fat, sugars, pork seasoning, fish powder, dried sardine seasoning, spices, vegetable oil, yeast extract, kelp powder, bamboo shoot powder) / modified starch, seasonings (amino acids, etc.), caramel color, calcium carbonate, kansui (alkaline seasoning), emulsifier, flavoring, acidulant, carotenoid color, antioxidant (Vitamin E), Vitamin B2, spice extract, Vitamin B1, (includes wheat, milk ingredients, mackerel, soybeans, chicken, pork, and gelatin)
Instructions
[1] Bring 450ml of water to a rolling boil in a pot, add the noodles, and boil for 4 minutes. (Adjust the boiling time of the noodles to your preference.) [2] Place the powdered soup and seasoning base in a bowl beforehand. [3] Once the noodles have loosened, first add only the hot water from the pot and mix well to dissolve the soup. [4] Finally, add the noodles and mix lightly. Serve as is, or add your favorite toppings such as char siu, green onions, bamboo shoots, or a boiled egg.
