■ How to Use
■ For DrinksQuickly add to water, tea, etc., while stirring well. Thickening occurs 30 seconds to 2 minutes after dissolving.
■ For FoodsFor finely chopped foods, prepare the thickening with water or hot water and then add. When using for pureed foods, blend the ingredients together with the thickener in a blender.
■ Thickening GuideWhen dissolved in water or tea (per 100mL, approximate for a teacup):
* French dressing consistency: 1.0g* Tonkatsu sauce consistency: 2.0g* Ketchup consistency: 3.0g
