This product is milled at Nissin Seifun, a company renowned as an udon flour manufacturer, specifically at their Sakaide factory in Kagawa Prefecture, the birthplace of Sanuki udon. Previously, we sold these individually, but since many customers ordered all three types together, we decided to create a set product. Shirotsubaki, Kingyo, and Tokusuzume are our best-selling udon flours for both commercial and personal use. For first-time customers, please try and compare each flour. This is medium-strength flour for handmade udon. To make udon for 6 people, knead 500g of udon flour with 250g of salt water (225g water, 25g salt) thoroughly.
Safety Warning
Do not insert a cutter or other sharp object into the bag when opening.
