Usage Method
CoolingPlace in the refrigerator30 to 60 minutes1. To prevent uneven distribution of the contents, lay flat and cool.
*Do not put in the freezer.
There is a risk of damage to the gel sheet.
2. After cooling, put it into the main body cover before use.
HeatingMicrowave500W for 20 seconds1. Before heating, wipe off any dirt inside the microwave and place the gel sheet flat inside.
*If dirt is attached to the gel sheet, it may heat abnormally and cause damage.
2. Heat in the microwave.
*Do not take your eyes off the microwave during heating.
*Do not exceed the indicated wattage and heating time, and do not reheat repeatedly.
*Be careful of burns when removing.

This may cause damage.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of small children.
If the gel sheet is torn or shows other abnormalities, dispose of it and replace with a new product.
When disposing, follow the methods prescribed by your local municipality.
