ァンレジスターとは、電動ファンの回転を替えるため(下げる)の抵抗の事です。
ヒーターレジスター、ヒーターブロワーと呼ばれることもあります。
ラジエターファンや室内のブロアーファンの使われています。
ICで制御している車もありますが、電流が多く流れるのでこのタイプが多いです。
エアコンをオンにしても風が出ない場合、原因はこの部品かもしれません。
