■ How to Use(1) Remove the blue cap.(2) Insert the tip of the nozzle into the nostril and press the center of the container with your hand to spray. The liquid will flow out of the nose, so hold a tissue or handkerchief to catch it. Spray once into each nostril. Can be used multiple times a day.(3) Gently blow your nose after spraying.
