When used with a DX format DSLR camera and an FX format compatible micro lens, the angle of view becomes narrower, so the peripheral parts of the film will not be captured.

Using the negative film digitization function of D850 and D780, negative film (color and monochrome) can also be automatically inverted to positive and saved as JPEG images.

Set Contents

A: Film Digitizing Adapter ES-2 main unit. It has a diffuser plate on the front, a fixing screw on the top, and slots for inserting the film holder on the left and right sides. It attaches directly to the lens or via an adapter.

The AF-S DX Micro NIKKOR 40mm f/2.8G can be attached directly to the ES-2 main unit.

B: 62mm Adapter A. Adapter required when attaching AF-S Micro NIKKOR 60mm f/2.8G ED.

C: 62mm Adapter B. Adapter required when attaching AI AF Micro-Nikkor 60mm f/2.8D.

D: Strip Film Holder FH-4. Used by clamping strip film.

Main Features

1) Loosen the fixing screw to rotate the image adjustment ring or move it back and forth.

2) Rotating the image adjustment ring allows you to adjust the tilt of the holder.
