Daily dose: 1 packet (3.0g) contains
Components: Japanese Pharmacopoeia Senna, amount: 3.0g, action: enhances colonic peristalsis and promotes bowel movements.
▼Effects and indications
Constipation. Relief of the following symptoms associated with constipation: headache, feeling of heat, skin troubles, pimples, loss of appetite (reduced appetite), abdominal bloating, abnormal intestinal fermentation, hemorrhoids.
▼Usage and dosage
Adults (15 years and older) should put 1 daily dose packet into 150mL to 200mL of hot water, boil over low heat for 15 minutes, then remove the packet, and take half or all of the decoction preferably before bedtime. However, for the first time, use the minimum amount and gradually increase or decrease based on bowel movement condition and response.
Ages 11 to under 15: two-thirds of the adult dose
Ages 7 to under 11: half of the adult dose
Ages 3 to under 7: one-third of the adult dose
Under 3 years: do not take
