[Dosage and Administration]When you feel like smoking, chew one piece slowly and intermittently for 30 to 60 minutes. Use the table below as a guide for the number of pieces per day. Start with 4 to 12 pieces per day and adjust as needed, but do not exceed 24 pieces per day. Once you are accustomed to not smoking (after about 1 month), reduce the number of pieces used per day by 1 to 2 pieces each week, and stop using when the number of pieces used per day becomes 1 to 2. The usage period should be approximately 3 months.
