"How to Use"
When coolingRefrigerate30-60 minutes1. To prevent contents from shifting, cool while laid flat.
*Do not place in the freezer.
This may cause the gel sheet to break.
2. After cooling, use with the main unit cover.
When warmingMicrowave500W 20 seconds1. Before heating, wipe the inside of the microwave clean, and place the gel sheet flat inside.
*If the gel sheet has dirt on it, it will heat abnormally in that spot and may break.
2. Heat in the microwave.
*Do not look away from the microwave while heating.
*Do not exceed the indicated wattage or heating time, or add extra heating.
*Be careful of burns when removing.
3. After heating, use with the main unit cover.

- Do not use for purposes other than the intended use.

- Do not use when heavily intoxicated or when sleeping.
- If small children or individuals with physical disabilities are using the product, those around them should take extra care.
- Immediately discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience any abnormalities in your eyes or skin.
- Do not use if you have inflammation, wounds, swelling, eczema, or other conditions around your eyes.
- The contents of the gel sheet are not edible.
If the contents accidentally get into your eyes or mouth, immediately rinse with water or spit it out and consult a doctor.
- If the contents get on clothing, etc., wash immediately with water.
- Do not twist, pull, apply strong pressure to, or touch the gel sheet with sharp objects.
This may cause damage.
- Store away from high temperatures, humidity, and direct sunlight, and out of reach of small children.
- If you notice any abnormalities such as tears in the gel sheet, discard it and replace it with a new product.
- When discarding, follow the disposal methods set by your local municipality.
