Per daily dose (6 tablets): 2000mg as Vitamin C [1400mg Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), 726mg Ascorbic Acid Calcium (calcium salt of Vitamin C)], 6mg Riboflavin Butyrate (Riboflavin Butyrate Ester)
Contains corn starch, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, tartaric acid, lactose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, crospovidone, and magnesium stearate as additives.

Adults (15 years and over): 1-3 tablets per dose, 11 to under 15 years old: 1-2 tablets per dose, 7 to under 11 years old: 1 tablet per dose.
Take 2 times a day, after meals, with water or warm water, without chewing.
