RIZE's 3rd album. After their previous album 『FOREPLAY』 was released, they were actively engaged in live performances every day. Oh~! Youth is wonderful! Not only did they gain experience from playing many gigs, but they also absorbed many things from that experience and grew sturdily. The band's tension and groove have been amplified, making them much more aggressive and sharper. But also beautifully lyrical. Well done! However, since the band’s appeal was also in their momentum and how it could shatter suddenly, I hope they don't become too clever... Included are singles <12> and <4>. (Maruo Haruno)
