[About Use][How to Use, etc.](1) Put "Hana No A De Ka Shower Concentrate" into the main bottle.Pour the entire contents of one packet of concentrate into the main bottle.
(2) Dilute with tap water to the mark.Dilute with tap water (below 40°C) to the 250mL mark (for both nostrils) and attach the nozzle cap with the tube.* Diluting with cold water may cause pain in the nose. Pour slowly as it may foam up and overflow.
(3) Mix to create cleaning solution.Securely tighten the cap.Carefully, without spilling the contents, shake horizontally 2-3 times to mix evenly.* Do not squeeze the front of the bottle forcefully as the liquid may spurt out. When tightening the cap, hold the side of the bottle.
(4) Pour the cleaning solution into the nose.Hold the bottle so that the side marked "close" is facing outwards.(Ensure the tube inside the container is pointing downwards so that the cleaning solution flows out completely.)Fit it to your nostril, lower your face slightly as shown in the diagram, press the central part of the main bottle to pour the cleaning solution into your nose, and alternately clean both nostrils.* Until you get used to it, pour the cleaning solution slowly.The cleaning solution may also come out of the same nostril or mouth.Spit out any cleaning solution that flows into your mouth.
(5) Blow your nose.After rinsing, gently blow your nose one nostril at a time to expel any remaining cleaning solution.* Do not blow your nose forcefully.[There is a risk of middle ear infection if cleaning solution enters the ear canal.]
[Usage Guideline]Use approximately 250mL per use, 1 to 3 times a day.
