The tracklist includes original songs written specifically for this album, as well as jazz interpretations of classical masterpieces, such as the highly acclaimed Mendelssohn Violin Concerto (Mendelssohn violin CONCERTO in E MINOR) performed in recent live shows, and "Emmanuel" by French composer Michel Colombier, arranged in a cover style only achievable by the "Naoko Terai Quartet."
Additionally, a collaboration track featuring singer-songwriter LEN, known for his vocals on "When a Man Loves a Woman," is included.
The members include pianist Naoki Kitajima, who also excels as a composer and arranger; the new-generation drummer Ryo Arayama, who handles arrangements and compositions; and bassist Yusuke Nakaishi, making his first album appearance in three years since joining the quartet Kaga, leading the formidable regular quartet.

【Naoko Terai Profile】
Started violin at age 4, debuted professionally as a jazz violinist in 1988.
Her collaboration with jazz pianist Kenny Barron during his visit to Japan led to a recording session in New York, which drew significant attention (1997).
Known for her expressive performance style, she has been active mainly through concerts, TV, radio, and commercials. All her original albums have achieved unusually high sales for jazz records.
She has also performed with world-renowned artists such as Richard Galliano, Lee Ritenour, Bob James, and Herbie Hancock on domestic and international stages, earning high praise.
With her delicate yet passionate performance, she is active worldwide.
Recipient of the 2010 Agency for Cultural Affairs Art Encouragement Prize for New Artists (Public Entertainment Division).
Other awards include the Japan Jazz Disc Award (2005), Japan Gold Disc Award for Jazz Album of the Year (2004), Swing Journal Jazzmen Reader Poll for Jazzman of the Year, Album of the Year, and others.
