■壱鋳堂 南部鉄瓶の特徴
900年の歴史を誇る岩手の伝統工芸品『南部鉄器』は素朴で温か味のある質感を持ち、使うほどに風合いが増すのが特徴です。鉄瓶外面は天然漆の焼付仕上げ、内面は伝統技法の釜焼による錆止めとなっております。(約900度の炭火で焼くことにより、表面に四三酸化鉄の皮膜を形成させて錆止めとする伝統技法です。沸かした湯には体に吸収されやすい二価鉄が豊富に含まれ、鉄瓶補給に効果的です。
■最初にご使用になる前、及びご使用後のお手入れ
・鉄瓶内部を軽くすすいだ後、水を8分目まで入れ、15分程度沸騰させてください。(初めは金気でお湯が濁りますので、3回ほど繰り返し、沸かしたお湯が無色になってからご使用く
