Preparation and Usage:1. Divide the noodles into two portions and place on plates.2. Dissolve the included powdered ankake sauce in about 250ml of water (for 1 serving, use 125ml of water per packet).3. Separately, stir-fry your choice of ingredients such as pork, kamaboko (fish cake), cabbage, Chinese cabbage, bean sprouts, shiitake mushrooms, shrimp, squid, etc., in cooking oil.4. Once the ingredients are cooked, reduce heat to low, add the dissolved sauce, and stir well until thickened.5. Pour the ankake over the noodles on the plate and serve. For added flavor, you may also add prepared mustard or vinegar as desired.
