マクロビオティック専門メーカーである無双本舗のオリジナル商品です。フレーク状で、水洗いや溶かした後の裏ごしが不要なので手軽にご利用いただけます。 調理時にゴミ等の不純物を取り除く必要はありません。水洗い、裏ごし不要の寒天です。 品質が一定で、天然寒天よりも仕上がりにムラがありません。
使用方法
●みつ豆、水ようかん、寒天寄せなどに(1)本品5gを水またはぬるま湯(約400ml-450ml)につけてやわらかくなるまでもどします。目安：水・・・約3時間以上、ぬるま湯・・・約1時間(2)火にかけ沸騰後、弱火で約5分-10分(冬場)混ぜながら煮溶かし、味をつける等して型に流し込み、冷やし固めます。●炊飯に洗米後に本品を混ぜ、通常通りの水加減で炊飯してください。つやと粘りのあるご飯に仕上がります。目安：3合(3カップ)のお米に対して、本品小さじ1杯程度
