This Joshin powder is made solely from "Ayahime," which is characterized by its exceptional softness and stickiness. While Joshin powder is often mixed with Shiratama-ko (glutinous rice flour) to make dumplings, this Joshin powder alone can create chewy dumplings.

☆ Cooking Example: How to Make Dumplings
Add 160ml of lukewarm water to 1 bag of this product in 2-3 portions, kneading well until the dough comes together firmly.
(Adjust the amount of lukewarm water according to the dough's consistency.)
Tear the finished dough into bite-sized pieces, roll them into balls, and boil in boiling water. Once the dumplings float to the surface, transfer them to cold water to cool. Serve with your favorite sauce or kinako (roasted soybean flour).
*Since "Ayahime," known for its softness, is used, reduce the water by about 10% compared to when making dumplings with regular Joshin powder.
