Musso Direct Fire Roasted Curry Roux - Medium Spicy

This curry roux uses carefully selected, fragrant spices, as well as vegetables and fruits. Additionally, a secret ingredient of chutney and yogurt has been added.

It is a melt-in-the-mouth flake-type curry roux that provides deep richness with a blend of carefully selected spices, and features a rich aroma from the combination of "Pork & Chicken" and "Vegetables & Fruits."

The roux is roasted slowly in a direct fire kettle in small quantities, taking ample time to develop its flavor.

We prioritize the color and aroma of the roux, resulting in a deep, unique richness that cannot be experienced elsewhere.

It contains domestically produced wheat flour.

Since caramel coloring is not used, the color appears yellowish.

◆How to Serve

Preparation (1 bag 170g: serves 6 to 8 dishes)

Ingredients for curry: 1 bag, meat: 200g, onions: 2 (400g), carrots: 150g, water: 800cc (about 4 cups)

1. Cut the meat into appropriate sizes, and sauté in butter or salad oil until slightly browned. Transfer to a bowl.

2. Sauté the onions (thin slices) and carrots (thin slices) thoroughly.

3. Add water and the ingredients from steps 1 and 2 into a pot, and simmer well.

4. Turn off the heat once, add one bag of roux, and simmer carefully to prevent burning.

If adding potatoes, cook them separately until tender and then add just before finishing.
