◆How to boil (1 bag (200g) serves 2 people, boiling time 5 minutes)
1. Add the soba noodles to plenty of boiling water, separating them as you add them. Boil for 5 minutes, gently loosening them with chopsticks. If it looks like it will boil over, adjust the heat. Do not add cold water.
2. Drain the boiled soba noodles in a colander, carefully rinse them with cold water, and then drain well. (Be careful as the noodles will be hot at first.)
・Zaru Soba (Cold Soba)Serve with your favorite condiments.
・Kake Soba (Hot Soba)Dip the drained soba noodles in hot water, pour hot broth over them, and serve with your favorite toppings. Do not reboil the noodles or simmer them in the broth, as this may cause them to break.
