An Oden pot that was previously only capable of keeping warm is now available with heating functionality!
It serves five functions—boiling, simmering, steaming, grilling, and stir-frying—making it usable all year round.
It creates a relaxing atmosphere for family gatherings or home drinking parties.

Before Use
When using for the first time, some smoke or odor may be emitted, but this is not abnormal. It will disappear with use, so please rest assured.

During use, you may hear creaking or vibrating sounds caused by heating, but this is not a malfunction.
Color unevenness on the surface of the pot may occur due to the oils and fats from food, but this does not affect usability.

About the Wooden Frame and Wooden Lid
Since natural wood is used, there may be natural variations in the grain, knots, color, texture, and weight.
The surface of the wood is burned, so there may be natural variations in the finish.
Deformation such as warping of the wooden lid may occur with use.
Long-term use may cause the lid to absorb steam, resulting in droplets that contain color or wood scent to seep out.

Usage Instructions
Set the partition board and mesh plate according to the dish you are preparing.
＜Partition Board＞… Used when making dishes like oden.
＜Mesh Plate＞… Used for steaming dishes. Place it on the inner pot’s mesh plate holder.

Precautions for Use
Ensure there are no flammable items within 20 cm around the main body (below and around).
※ Do not use on heat-sensitive surfaces such as vinyl tablecloths.

The temperature regulator contains a thermostat (overheat prevention device). When the plate temperature reaches the upper limit during use, the thermostat activates, turning off the power (pilot lamp off). After a while, as the plate temperature drops to the lower limit, it activates again, turning the power back on (pilot lamp on).
This automatic operation of the thermostat maintains the appropriate temperature through repeated ON/OFF cycles.
※ The tip of the temperature sensor may be blackened due to welding marks or electrical checks during manufacturing, but this does not affect use.

Immediately after cooking, the pot and lid will be hot. Please perform cleaning once they have cooled down.
Leaving leftover food in the pot for storage can damage the fluororesin coating. If there are leftovers, transfer them to another container for storage.
※ This product is for household use; prolonged commercial use may cause surface damage and deterioration of the coating.

Cleaning Instructions
Unplug the power cord and wait until the pot has cooled before cleaning.
Use kitchen detergent and a sponge.
Do not use benzine, thinner, abrasive cleaners, or scrubbing brushes, as these can discolor, deform, or scratch the surface.

＜Inner Pot＞
When washing the inner pot, place the plug side up and rinse under running water, avoiding water contact with the plug.
After washing, thoroughly wipe off moisture and dry completely.
Never wash the inner pot by immersing it fully in water.
Getting the plug wet can cause malfunction.
※ Do not store food in the inner pot for long periods, as this can cause deterioration of the fluororesin coating.

＜Wooden Lid and Partition Board＞
Wash with neutral dish soap and a sponge, then wipe dry thoroughly.

＜Temperature Regulator and Wooden Frame＞
Wipe with a damp cloth using water or dish soap.
Never wash the temperature regulator directly with water, as internal rust can cause failure.
