Adults (15 years and older): Take 1 tablet twice daily, after breakfast and before bedtime.

4. For skin symptoms such as hives, dermatitis, or rash, if symptoms improve but recur or persist for more than a week, consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson.
5. For nasal symptoms, if taking for more than two weeks, consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before continuing.

4. Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this medication
(As drowsiness and other effects may occur.)
5. Breastfeeding women should not take this medication or should avoid breastfeeding if taking it.
6. Do not use continuously for long periods.
