This dried daikon radish has a rich flavor with a firm sweetness.
Approximately 700 grams of organic daikon are condensed into 35 grams after drying.

In 1974, when the nationwide production of Wenzhou mandarins peaked and began to become excessive, concerned about the future of regional agriculture and questioning the heavy use of pesticides and chemicals in citrus cultivation, successors of mandarin farmers borrowed a 15-are (approximately 0.15 hectares) Iyo mandarin orchard to create an experimental farm where no pesticides were used during cultivation. This was the beginning of Mucha Chacha Garden.
The start of Mucha Chacha Garden was to produce mandarins without relying on pesticides or chemical fertilizers. This remains the fundamental principle today.
