Set in China during the mid-9th century when the flourishing Tang Dynasty began to decline. The public support for the rebel army called "Feidaomen" was expanding. The imperial side, aiming to dismantle Feidaomen, orders the captains Liu and Jin to arrest its leader. Liu, who is aware that Xiao Mei, a blind dancer popular in the entertainment district, is associated with Feidaomen, sends Jin, who is disguised as a customer, to infiltrate. They successfully capture Xiao Mei, but when Liu learns that Xiao Mei is tight-lipped, he then has Jin help her escape from prison, convincing him that she is a rebel fighter, and guides him to the hideout of Feidaomen...
