エンジン、フレーム、アクスルシャフト、マフラー近傍など車体の重要パーツの外側に配置、装着することで 立ちごけや転倒時にバイクが受けるダメージを軽減、破損や修理、レッカーなどのリスクや 車体と地面の間にスキマが空くことで足が挟まれた時の空間が空き怪我のリスクを軽減します。
また車体に合ったカラーバリエーションでドレスアップも演出。
