BH90 is the standard used in high-end road bike components (Dura-Ace, Ultegra, 105, etc.).
Inserting the inserts can be done easily using a dedicated press-fit tool.
It is not impossible to press-fit with a rubber mallet, but the possibility of failure is high, so it is not recommended.
The press-fit tool is not included, so please prepare it separately.
If the hose is scratched or kinked during installation or mounting, it can cause air leaks or hose rupture, so please install it carefully.
