This is a silken tofu that can be stored for a long time at room temperature. It is made using a special manufacturing process that does not use water, so it holds its shape well and allows you to enjoy the rich flavor of soybeans. Soybeans are known as "meat of the field" and are rich in protein! With its smooth texture, it can be enjoyed as is, or used in dishes like hot pots and salads, just like regular tofu. It uses a long-life manufacturing method with aseptic filling into paper cartons. It does not take up much space in the refrigerator, and comes in a dedicated cardboard box, making it convenient for stocking and as emergency food.
