Recipe using 'E Baby'

E (Good) Meal (7-8 months)

(1) Rinse dried whitebait (1 tablespoon) with hot water to remove salt, then chop finely.

(2) Grate onion (10g), peeled and deseeded pumpkin (10g), and broccoli (flower cluster 5g).

(3) Put in a pot: 5 scoops of 'E Baby' (dedicated spoon), 100ml water, 30g rice, (1), (2), a small amount of miso; cover and heat over medium heat, bring to a boil, then reduce to low and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Milk stew with cabbage and potato (for 5-6 months)

(1) Shred cabbage (excluding core, 15g). Peel and cut potato (10g) into appropriate sizes.

(2) Boil in a pot: (1) and 100ml water. Reduce heat, add 5 scoops of 'E Baby' (dedicated spoon), cook until soft.

(3) Mash (2) until smooth.

Creamy white fish milk stew with colorful vegetables (for 5-8 months)

(1) Remove skin and bones from white fish (10g), boil in boiling water, then mash.

(2) Put in a pot: (1) and 40ml hot water, add 2 scoops of 'E Baby' (dedicated spoon) dissolved in water, heat, and thicken with a small amount of potato starch slurry.

(3) Remove skin and seeds from pumpkin (10g), microwave and mash.

(4) Boil spinach leaves (10g), drain, freeze wrapped in plastic wrap, and grate while frozen.

(5) Place (2) in a bowl, top with (3) and (4).

Spinach porridge (for 5-6 months)

(1) Dissolve 2 scoops of 'E Baby' in 40ml hot water.

(2) Mix (1) with 30g of whole porridge.

(3) Boil spinach leaves (a small amount), rinse to remove bitterness, freeze, then grate while frozen.

(4) Add (2) to a pot, grate in the partially frozen spinach, and warm while mixing.
