Recipes using 'Hagukumii' for weaning foods

Potato and carrot flower salad 5-8 months

1. Peel and cut 20g of potato into small pieces, boil, and mash. 2. Add 2 scoops of 'Hagukumii' (dedicated spoon) to step 1 and mix until smooth. 3. Peel and cut 10-15 green soybeans, boil, and mash. 4. Boil 5g of broccoli florets until soft and mash. 5. Place step 2 in a dish, then artfully arrange steps 3 and 4 in flower shapes on top.

Edamame purée with tofu 5-8 months

1. Boil 10-15 edamame beans (about 10g) until soft, peel, and mash.

2. Boil 20g of silken tofu, drain, and mash.

3. Gradually add dissolved 'Hagukumii' (1 scoop) in hot water to step 2 to make a smooth purée.

4. Place step 1 in the center of a dish and surround with step 3.

Pumpkin milk soup (5-6 months)

1. Peel and remove seeds from 15g of pumpkin, cut into small pieces, boil, and mash well. 2. Add the mashed pumpkin to 1.5 scoops of 'Hagukumii' dissolved in hot water, and warm over low heat.

Sweet potato milk jelly with yogurt (7-8 months)

1. Peel and dice 50g of sweet potato. Grate 30g of carrot and add to a pot with 200ml water, then heat. 2. Mash the sweet potato until smooth (use a blender if available). 3. Dissolve 2 scoops of 'Hagukumii' in 30ml hot water, then mix with step 2. 4. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of agar into 120ml water, heat until boiling, then add step 3, pour into molds, and refrigerate. 5. Once set, transfer to a plate, top with 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt, and serve.
