Recipes using 'E Baby'

E (Good) Meal (7-8 months)

(1) Rinse dried shirasu (whitebait) with hot water to remove salt, then finely chop.

(2) Grate onion (10g), pumpkin (10g) with skin and seeds removed, broccoli (flower cluster 5g).

(3) Put in a pot: 'E Baby' (5 scoops with dedicated spoon), 100ml water, 30g rice, (1), (2), a little miso; cover and heat over medium heat, once boiling, reduce to low heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Milk stew with cabbage and potato (5-6 months)

(1) Shred cabbage (excluding core, 15g). Peel and cut potato (10g) into appropriate sizes.

(2) Boil in a pot: (1) and 100ml water. Reduce heat, add 'E Baby' (5 scoops with dedicated spoon), cook until soft.

(3) Mash (2) until smooth.

Creamy milk stew with white fish and colorful vegetables (5-8 months)

(1) Remove skin and bones from white fish (10g), boil in boiling water, then mash.

(2) Put in a pot: (1) and 40ml water with 'E Baby' (2 scoops with dedicated spoon), heat, add a little thickened starch with water to thicken.

(3) Remove skin and seeds from pumpkin (10g), microwave and mash.

(4) Boil spinach leaves (10g), squeeze out water, wrap in plastic wrap and freeze, then grate while frozen.

Spinach porridge (5-6 months)
