Recipe using "E Baby" products

E (Good) Meal (7-8 months)

(1) Rinse dried whitebait (1 tablespoon) with hot water to remove salt, then chop finely.

(2) Grate onion (10g), peeled and deseeded pumpkin (10g), and broccoli (flower cluster 5g).

(3) Put "E Baby" (5 scoops with dedicated spoon), water (100 ml), rice (30g), (1), (2), and a little miso into a pot, cover, heat over medium heat, bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Cabbage and potato milk stew (5-6 months)

(1) Shred cabbage (excluding core, 15g). Peel and cut potato (10g) into appropriate sizes.

(2) Boil (1) and water (100 ml) in a pot. Reduce heat, add "E Baby" (5 scoops with dedicated spoon), and cook until soft.

(3) Mash (2) until smooth.

Soft white fish with colorful vegetables in milk (5-8 months)

(1) Remove skin and bones from white fish (10g), boil in boiling water, and mash.

(2) Put (1) and "E Baby" (2 scoops with dedicated spoon) dissolved in 40 ml hot water into a pot, heat, and thicken slightly with water-soluble starch.

(3) Remove skin and seeds from pumpkin (10g), microwave, and pass through a sieve.

(4) Boil spinach leaves (10g), drain, wrap in plastic wrap, freeze, and grate while frozen.

(5) Put (2) in a dish, then top with (3) and (4).

Spinach porridge (5-6 months)

(1) Dissolve "E Baby" (2 scoops with dedicated spoon) in hot water (40 ml).

(2) Mix (1) with 30g of whole porridge.

(3) Boil spinach leaves (small amount), rinse in water to remove bitterness, then freeze.

(4) Put (2) in a pot, grate in semi-frozen spinach, mix, and warm.
